选烧厂球团竖炉电除尘风机叶轮改造研究

Research on Impeller Transformation of Electrostatic Precipitator Fan for Pellet Shaft Furnace in Sintering Plant

本文通过对烧结球团竖炉电除尘风机叶轮磨损后叶片夹灰,导致风机振动,定修周期无法保证的实际问题、通过跟踪分析,提出改进方案,解决了球团竖炉电除尘风机叶轮磨损太快、使用寿命过短的难题。

By analyzing the problem of fan vibration and short cycle of maintenance caused by worn impeller of electrostatic precipitator fan for pellet shaft furnace, the paper put forward the solving method that the impeller wear too fast and the life is too short.
