民航机场桥载设备投资回收期计算模型 被引量:1

摘要 针对机场桥载设备建设面临的投资回收期和年利润不确定等问题,从机场运行的角度构建了桥载设备投资回收期计算模型。基于典型机场(白云机场、咸阳机场、西双版纳机场)2013年实际运行数据,分析了枢纽、干线和支线机场的登机桥和桥载设备套数、靠桥航空器桥载设备对接率、过站航班桥载设备使用时间以及桥载空调使用比例等对机场年利润和设备回收期的影响;指出桥载设备套数、靠桥航空器桥载设备对接率是设备投资回收期长短的决定性因素,3类机场考虑最短投资回收期和最大年利润条件下机场配备的桥载设备套数应与该机场的高峰小时流量相等。 Due to the uncertainty and difficulty of estimating the investment payback period for bridge facilities in airports, a mod- el for estimating the return on cost was introduced in this paper from the perspective of airport routine operation. Based on the ac- tual operational data from several major airports (such as baiyun airport xianyang airport and xishuangbanna airport) in 2013, the number of bridge facilities in hub, major and regional airports, the docking rates of aircraft, the time of bridge facilities used by transit flight, and utilization of bridge AC were evaluated. The impact on the return on cost by those factors was also studied, which indicated that the number of bridge facility and docking rate were the major factors determining the investment payback pe- riod. In addition, the optimal number of bridge facility was given separately for three types of airports to minimize the cycle of re- turn on investment, the number of bridge facility should be equal to the flow of peak hour.
