摘要 建立一种改进F-AHP的风险评估模型,在构造模糊互补判断矩阵的过程中,运用"二次标度转换"法,获得更为公正准确的指标权重;通过引入级别特征值,改进单一运用最大隶属度原则判定风险等级的模糊评价方法;并以某高速铁路区段为例进行实证分析。研究结果表明,所构建的风险评估模型合理可靠,能更加准确地判定高速铁路风险等级。 A risk assessment model of high-speed railway based on improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was developed in this study. In the process of constructing fuzzy complementary iudgment matrix, the method of "twice scale transformation" was used to obtain more fair and accurate index weight. Meanwhile, by introducing the feature value formula, the traditional fuzzy compre- hensive assessment method that determines risk level only based on maximum membership degree principle was improved. In ad- dition, the proposed model was applied to a high-speed railway section for an empirical analysis. The results indicated that the proposed risk assessment model was rational and reliable. It can also more accurately determine the risk level of high-speed rail- way.
