摘要 针对混合动力汽车(HEV)控制系统而开发的印制电路板(PCB)控制驱动板,使用了Mentor Graphics公司的Hyperlynx软件对其信号传输中存在的串扰、过冲、延迟和电磁兼容性(EMC)等问题进行布线前和布线后的仿真研究.通过原因分析后,对其进行了合理优化设计,结果显示:增大布线间距、减小介质厚度、端接负载等方法,可以明显地抑制串扰、噪声和EMC等问题;优化后PCB的信号完整性得到了明显的改善. For the printed circuit board (PCB) which is used in hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) control system, the Hyperlynx software of Mentor Graphics was used to simulate the existing problems including crosstalk, delay, overshoot and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) in the signal transmission. By analyzing the causes and solutions in the process ,the design was optimized reasonably. The results show that the methods such as increasing the circuit space, reducing the medium thickness and connecting load can restrain crosstalk,noise and EMC obviously,and the signal integrity of optimized PCB get improvement obviously.
