摘要
为了提高驾驶室的适应性和安全性,以中国大学生方程式汽车大赛(FSC)赛车的驾驶室为研究对象,应用人机工程学理论和结合FSC驾驶员的实际需求,对驾驶室进行适应性分析,改进其驾驶视野、驾驶座椅和驾驶操纵装置,优化各器件间布局配置的关系.基于UG软件人机工程设计模块,设置FSC赛车驾驶室的人机工程适应性评价指标,对驾驶员驾驶姿态、操作舒适性和视野范围等进行模拟仿真,检验驾驶室设计的合理性,同时给出驾驶员舒适性的评价结果.研究结果表明,UG人机仿真系统可有效地分析驾驶室的适应性,设计后的驾驶室布置形式对于今后改进赛车设计具有借鉴意义.
In order to improve the adaptability and security of the cab,with Formula Student China(FSC) car cab as the research object,based on the theory of ergonomics combined with the actual needs of the FSC driver, the adaptability of cab was analyzed, the driving vision, driverls seat and driving control device were improved, and the layout configuration relasionship between the various components was optimized. Based on UG software ergonomics design module, ergonomics adaptability evaluation index was setted of FSC car cab,driving posture,convenient operation and the range of vision were simulated, cab design rationality was tested,and the evaluation result of the drivers comfort was gived. The research results show that the UG man machine simulation system can analyze the adaptability of the cab effectively, and the design of the cab layout can provide reference in future.
