台湾学界在钓鱼岛问题上的理论蜕变——以丘宏达、马英九、林田富等人的著述为例

The Theory Disintegration of Taiwan Academia on Diaoyu Islands Issue Studies:Taking the Writings of Hungdah Chiu,Ma Ying-jeou and LIN Tianfu as Examples

自1970年代初期钓鱼岛争端爆发迄今,台湾学界在钓鱼岛问题上的学术研究发生了明显的理论蜕变:最初一致坚持"钓鱼岛是台湾附属岛屿,也是中国固有领土";1980年代至1990年代中期前后,虽然仍坚持上述原则,但在解决方式上开始有意回避大陆,甚至明确拒绝两岸合作;1990年代后期以来,公然出现"钓鱼岛属于台湾,不属于中国"的"台独保钓"论述。丘宏达、马英九和林田富是上述各个时期不同观点的代表,对他们的学术思想进行评析,并结合最近几年台湾学界呈现的新特点,可初步勾勒出其理论蜕变的轨迹。

The studies on Diaoyu islands issue of Taiwan academia have been disintegrating since the early 1970s when Diaoyu islands dispute broke out. At that time the academia unanimously insisted that Diaoyu islands belong to Taiwan island, and both of them are territories of China. Since 1980s to about the middle of 1990s, although they still insisted the above standpoint, they began to disregard the role of Mainland in the ways of resolution of the dispute, and even explicitly refused cooperation with it. Since the later 1990s, there has been an argument of defending Diaoyu islands through Taiwan just belong to Taiwan sentatives of different nary outlines the theo some new features of independence, which insists that Diaoyu islands , not to China. This essay takes Hungdah Chiu, Ma Ying -jeou and LIN Tianfu as repre- times and standpoints respectively, analyses and discusses their academic views, prelimi- retical disintegrating track of Taiwan academia on Diaoyu islands issue studies, considering the academia in recent years.
