摘要
在TFT-LCD生产过程中,为了满足对玻璃不同传输方向的要求,设计了一种可以快速翻转玻璃的传输装置。该装置设计实现了玻璃从垂直传输转向水平方向的传输。装置包括:垂直传输机构、翻转机构、水平移动机构和缓冲机构。整个传输过程充分考虑到环境洁净要求以及传输平稳性,装置设计合理,能有效完成玻璃翻转传输的任务。
During the TFT-LCD production, a transmission device is designed which can turn the glass rapidly. The device can convey the glass from vertical direction to horizontal direction. It consists of vertical transmission mechanism, overturn mechanism, horizontal moving mechanism and buffer mechanism. In consideration of clean envi- ronment and stable transmission, this device can effectively complete the glass overturn and transmission due to its reasonable design.
