一种基于尾轴-油膜-艉部结构的试验台测试研究

摘要 为分析船舶尾轴与艉部结构的异常振动现象,研制了船舶尾轴振动试验台以对船舶轴系进行仿真模拟。为了使其接近实船艉部结构工况条件,使用与传统方法不同的弹性支撑试验台结构,建立基于尾轴-油膜-艉部结构的研究范畴,进而采用周期性激励力激励尾轴进行了各种试验,对产生尾轴振动的原因进行了分析,并结合振动传递的数值模拟进行佐证。结果表明:各频率激励力对尾轴振动试验台的影响不同,当干扰频率与其结构固振频率接近时,激励力对尾轴振动产生的影响最大。 In order to solve the rubbing problem of stem bearing caused by the abnormal vibration of ves- sels stern bearing, the test bench simulation experiment will be applied to the scope of the study of the vessels tail shaft. Through simulation of the ship shaft, for their characteristics and related design concept the ship propeller shaft vibration test stand has been developed. After the analysis of Ships tail shaft vibration test stand structure,and it's established that the relations between the three to tail shaft- film-stern structure, and it's presented and adopted that the method of the periodic excitation force excitation tail shaft vibration, based on the tail shaft-film-the structure of stem. The causes of the tail shaft vibration were evaluated, and the test bench incentives for excitation force with different frequency were tested, and combined the numerical simula- tion of vibration transmission to carry on the evidence. The experimental results show that the effect of the tail shaft vibration test bench for excitation force with different frequency.
