定向多维度培训模式对新聘护士临床实践能力的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨定向多维度培训模式对新聘护士临床实践能力的影响。方法 2015年1月,便利抽样法选取无锡市人民医院2年内新聘护士178名为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组89例。对照组护士给予常规培训,观察组护士给予定向多维度培训。培训前及培训1年后,采用一般自我效能感量表(general self-efficacy scale,GSES)和注册护士核心能力量表(competency inventory for registered nurse,CIRN)对两组护士进行测评,比较两组护士的理论与技能考核成绩的差异。结果培训前两组护士GSES评分和CIRN评分的总分和各维度评分以及护士护理理论及技能成绩差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。培训1年后,两组护士GSES评分和CIRN评分的总分和各维度评分以及护士护理理论及技能成绩均高于培训前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);且观察组护士优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论定向多维度培训模式能有效提高2年内新聘护士的综合能力,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the effect of directional multiple dimensions training model on clinical practical ability of junor nurses.Methods By convenience sampling,178 nurses with 2-years qualification were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 89 cases in each group.The control group received routine training ,while the observation group received directional multiple dimensions training.Before training and 1 year after training, nurses were investigated by the general self-efficacy scale (GSES) and competency inventory for registered nurse (CIRN).The theoretical and skill test results were compared between two groups.Results Before training,there was no significant difference between two groups in total scores and each dimension score of nurses' GSES and CIRN as well as nurses' theoretical and skill test results (all P^0.05).After 1 year of training,total scores and each dimension score of nurses' GSES and CIRN as well as nurses' theoretical and skill test results were significantly higher than before training (all P〈0.05),and also the nurses in observation group were better than that of control group (all P〈0.05).Conelusions Directional multiple dimensions training model can effectively increase the comprehensive ability of nurses with 2-years qualification,which is worth for clinical application.
