摘要 空气源热泵技术是一种利用可再生能源的高效节能技术。针对位于屋顶平台的空气源热泵热水机组,设计出一种基于光热综合利用技术的预热系统。在屋面铺设高吸收率蛇形盘管,使进水首先经过盘管系统,吸收太阳辐射及楼板屋面热量,充分预热后再进入热泵机组,改善系统的综合能效。在自建的实验平台上对进水温度的变化进行了测试,并以CFD为基础进行了理论计算,测试和计算结果表明,设计工况下预热系统可将盘管出口水温提升至少8℃,热水机组节能率为20.08%,具备较大的应用前景。 Air source heat pump(ASHP) is an efficient energy saving technology taking advantage of renewable energy. Aiming at the ASHP hot water unit located on the rooftop, a preheating system is designed on the basis of comprehensive photo-thermal utilization. The inlet water is made to flow through the coil tube laid on the roof, absorb solar radiation as well as the heat of top floor, and get preheated before entering the unit. In this way, the comprehensive energy efficiency of the system get improved. Experiments on the change of inlet water temperature were performed on a self-built platform, the results of which, along with the theoretical calculation based on CFD simulation, show that this scheme can raise the temperature of coil outlet water by at least 8℃ in the designed condition, reaching a high energy saving rate of 20.08%. With its advantages in energy saving, the preheating system has a certain application prospect.
