摘要
为满足大规模风电的接入,必须进一步在系统内规划或引入新的调峰调频容量。将风电当作负的负荷,提出了风电场等效调峰调频容量的概念,风电接入后的风电场等效调峰调频容量体现了风电接入后对系统调峰的影响,根据Pweq来决定调峰调频容量的配置。不仅依靠传统方法增加电源侧调节机组,还从风电出力波动角度考虑增加储能系统的手段解决风电接入后对系统调峰调频的影响。
In order to meet the needs of large-scale wind power integration, we must further the system plan- ning or introduce a new peak regulation capacity. Taking wind power as the negative load, this paper puts for- ward the concept of equivalent peak regulation capacity of wind power: equivalent peak regulation capacity of wind power reflects the influence of large-scale wind power integration on system peak load regulation, and the peak regulation capacity configuration is determined according to Pweq. It is suggested to not only rely on the traditional method to increase the power-side adjustment units, but also considering wind power output fluctu- ation, to increase wind energy storage systems to resolve the impact of large-scale wind power integration on system peak load regulation.
