摘要
为满足航空产品谱系化设计制造庞大数据管理和基于最新产品技术状态的协同设计制造要求,提出了复杂结构产品设计构型、工艺构型和制造构型的构建方法。用设计、工艺和制造构型配置矩阵分别表示同一谱系、不同状态飞机产品的设计、工艺和制造方案。给出3种构型的有效性控制原则。通过对设计模块方案和设计实例有效性的管理,实现设计构型有效性控制。通过对底层工艺方案与装配子系统的装配关系、工艺实例和装配零/组件的有效性管理,实现工艺构型有效性控制。通过对参装件和指令文档的有效性管理,实现制造构型有效性控制。依据构型配置方法和有效性控制原则,结合产品的结构模型,建立型号谱系化飞机产品的设计、工艺和制造构型。某型号谱系教练机应用案例表明,利用产品多阶段多状态谱系化构型,较好满足了复杂结构产品多状态谱系化各研制阶段庞大数据管理和应用需求。
In order to meet large data management, collaborative design and manufacturing requirements based on the latest status for aircraft pedigree product, design, process and manufacturing configuration are proposed for complex structure product. Using the design, process and manufacture configuration matrix, the design, process and manufacture scheme of the same pedigree and different state aircraft product are described respectively. Effective principles of all configurations are presented. Based on the ef- fectiveness management of designs module and design example ,the effectiveness of design configuration is controlled. The effec- tiveness of process configuration includes the effectiveness managements of relationship between process and assembly subsystem, process instance and assembly component. Through the effective management of assembly parts and instruction documents, the ef- fectiveness of process configuration is controlled. Using the presented design, process and manufacturing configuration matrix and principle of effectiveness, models of design, process and manufacturing configuration are built. Finally, the presented configurations are used in a pedigree advanced trainer aircraft. The engineering application shows that the presented configurations are suitable for data management of complex structure product.
