摘要
从资源的角度探讨全面质量管理对竞争优势的作用,从动态能力的视角分析创新能力在全面质量管理和竞争优势之间的中介效应。选取110家制造业和服务业为样本数据检验相关假设,研究结果表明,全面质量管理对企业竞争优势具有正向影响,创新能力在这一关系中起着完全中介作用。
The effect of total quality management on business competitive advantage is investigated based on resource based view. The mediating effect of innovation capability between total quality management and competitive advantage is also ana- lyzed from the perspective of dynamic capability view. A proposed research model and the hypotheses were testified by u- sing survey data from 110 manufacturing and services firms. The results show that the total quality management has a posi- tive impact on competitive advantage, and innovation capability plays a full mediation role between TQM and competitive advantage.
