基于产业竞争力的软件产业安全评价

Evaluation Research on China's Software Industry Security Based on Industry Competitiveness

从产业竞争力的视角构建软件产业安全评价的指标体系,该指标体系包括内资企业竞争力、现实竞争力、潜在竞争力、成长竞争力和竞争环境五个一级指标,利用2007—2013年软件业的相关统计数据,对我国软件产业的安全状况进行评价,评价结果显示我国软件产业目前处于基本安全的状态。最后,提出维护我国软件产业安全的建议。

An evaluation index system for software industry is established from the perspective of industrial competitive- ness, which includes five first - level indicators, i. e. , competitiveness of domestic enterprises, real competitiveness, po- tential competitiveness, and growth competitiveness and competition environment. According to the statistical data of the software industry from 2007 to 2013 in China, the security situation of Cbina~ software industry is evaluated. The results show that the software industry in China is in a state of basic security at present. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to maintain industry security of China＇ s software industry.
