俄罗斯国际观的新变化及其特点、原因和影响分析

Analysis on the New Changes of Russia's View of the World

近年来,面对严峻的内外形势,俄罗斯的国际观发生了重要变化,这种变化将对俄外交政策,尤其是对西方国家政策造成深刻影响。本文通过分析俄罗斯对外政策指导性文件以及精英阶层、民众对世界形势、国际关系和国际事务的基本态度和理念的变化,可以看出俄罗斯对外部威胁的感知在加深,国家强调发展军事力量,精英更倾向认为军事实力是实现国家利益的手段,精英与民众反美主义高涨,民族主义在俄罗斯社会上升,对大国地位的向往与追求被再次激发。俄罗斯国际观发生新变化既有周边环境和国际局势恶化的外部因素,又有俄罗斯经济困局、媒体宣传、民族性格的自身因素。

Abstract： Recent years, Russia＇s view of the world has undergone significant changes, which will have a profound impact on Russia＇s foreign policy. By analyzing Russia＇s foreign policy guidance documents, elites stratum, people＇s basic attitudes on international relations and international affairs. This paper draws conclusions that Russia＇s perception of external threats is deepening from the following aspects： the state emphasizes the development of military forces; the elite is more inclined to believe that military strength is the means to achieve national interests; anti-Americanism and nationalism are rising; aspiration to pursue status of great power is stimulated. The changes of Russia＇s view of the world are caused by external and internal factors.
