Medication Rules in Prescriptions for Acute Gout Arthritis Treated by Contemporary Famous Doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:基于中医传承辅助平台软件,挖掘当代名老中医治疗急性痛风性关节炎的用药规律。方法:收集文献中名老中医治疗急性痛风性关节炎的处方,采用关联规则分析、改进互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类以及无监督的熵层次聚类分析方法,获得药物的使用频次及关联规则,挖掘药物的核心组合和新处方。结果:对筛选出的141个中药处方,228味药物进行分析,确定处方中药物的使用频次,药物之间的关联规则,挖掘出28组常用药对,18个核心组合和9首新处方。结论:清热祛湿、解毒消肿、活血止痛是急性痛风性关节炎的基本治疗原则,湿、热、毒、瘀为关键的发病机制。

Objective： To analyze the medication rule in herbal prescriptions for acute gout arthritis treated by contemporary famous doctors of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System（ TCMISS）. Method： The herbal prescriptions for acute gout arthritis treated by famous TCM doctors from papers were collected,and then the composition principles were analyzed by using data mining methods such as association rules analysis,revised mutual information,complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical cluster. Result： Based on the analysis of 228 herbs in 141 herbal prescriptions,the using frequency of each herb and association rules among the herbs were determined; 28 common herbal pairs,18 core combinations and 9 new prescriptions were mined from the database. Conclusion： According to the analysis results,most of the prescriptions for treating acute gout arthritis followed the basic treatment principles of releasing heat and eliminating dampness,detoxifying and relieving swelling,invigorating blood circulation and relieving pain. The key pathogenesis of this disease is heat,damp,poison,and blood stasis.
