幽门螺杆菌感染对空腹血糖、血脂及TG/HDL-C的影响 被引量:12

Influence of Helicobacterpyloriinfection on fasting blood glucose,blood lipid and TG/HDL-C

摘要 目的探讨幽门螺杆菌感染对空腹血糖、血脂、甘油三脂/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(TG/HDL-C)的影响。方法选择2015年12月-2016年1月于体检中心进行体检的健康人员71名,根据14 C-尿素呼气试验(14 CUBT)结果分为Hp阳性组(即观察组,21例)、Hp阴性组(即对照组,50例);比较各组一般情况、空腹血糖(FBG)、甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、TG/HDL-C水平;数据采用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析。结果两组受试者在年龄、血压、体质量指数(BMI)等方面差异无统计学意义;FBG水平:观察组(5.11±0.39)mmol/L,高于对照组的(4.80±0.34)mmol/L(P<0.05);TG水平:观察组(1.44±0.75)mmol/L,高于对照组的(1.08±0.60)mmol/L(P<0.05);TC水平:观察组(4.90±0.82)mmol/L,高于对照组的(4.43±0.83)mmol/L(P<0.05);TG/HDL-C水平:观察组1.41±0.96,高于对照组的0.95±0.79(P<0.05);HDL-C、LDL-C水平两组差异无统计学意义。结论幽门螺杆菌感染可导致空腹血糖水平升高,与血脂紊乱相关,且可以增加胰岛素抵抗水平。 OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of Helicobacter pylori infection on fasting blood glucose, blood lipid and triglyeeride/high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (TG/HDL-C). METHODS A total of 71 healthy people who received physical examination in physical examination center from Dec 2015 to Jan 2016 were enrolled in the study and divided into the Hp-positive group (the observation group, 21 cases) and the Hp-negative group (the control group, 50 cases) according to the result of 14C-urea breath test (14C-UBT). The general condition and the levels of fasting blood glucose (FBG), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein choles- terol (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and TG/HDL-C were observed and compared be- tween the two groups; the statistical analysis was performed with the use of SPSS17.0 software. RESULTS There was no significant difference in the age, blood pressure or body mass index (BMI) between the two groups of par- ticipants. The FBG level of the observation group was (5.11±0.39)retool/L, higher than (4.80±0.34)mmol/L of the control group (P〈0.05) ; the TG level of the observation group was (1.44±0.75)retool/L, higher than (1.08±0.60)mmol/L of the control group (P〈0.05) ; the TC level of the observation group was (4. 90±0.82) retool/L, higher than (4. 43±0.83)mmol/L of the control group (P〈0.05) ; the TG/HDL-C level of the obser- vation group was 1.41±0.96, higher than 0.95±0.79 of the control group (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in the HDL-C or LDL-C level between the two groups. CONCLUSION The H. pylori infection may lead to the elevation of FBG level and is associated with the dyslipidemia, and it may result in the increase of insulin re- sistance.
