技术创新与制度创新协同演化下促进经济增长的条件研究

A Study of Conditions for Boosting Economic Growth under the Co-Evolution of Technological Innovation and Institutional Innovation

本文以技术创新和制度创新两个经济增长动力要素作为研究对象。在经济增长动力转换和技术与制度协同演化的理论基础上,通过构建动态演化博弈模型,对技术创新和制度创新的动态演化博弈过程进行分析,得出长期演化的均衡条件。在均衡条件的基础上,对影响ESS稳定的参数进行分析控制,提出建立金融闭环体系、树立绿色经济指标、构建资源共享平台等政策建议。

This paper takes factors of both technology innovation and institutional innovation as research objects of economic growth. On the theoretical basis of the power conversion of economic growth and the technological and institutional co- evolution,it makes an analysis on the dynamic evolutionary game process of both technological innovation and institutional innovation by building a dynamic evolutionary game model,and obtains the equilibrium condition of the long- term evolution. Based on the equilibrium conditions,through analyzing and controlling the parameters which could affect ESS,the paper proposes three policy recommendations: constructing a closed financial system,establishing green economic indicators and constructing a resource sharing platform.
