我国图书馆移动信息服务模式构建研究——以法律图书馆为例

Study of Building Mobile Information Service Mode of Library in China——Taking Law Library as an Example

【目的/意义】结合信息用户移动获取信息趋向的时代背景,对国内外法律图书馆移动信息服务现状进行对比分析,构建我国法律图书馆移动信息服务模式,以期对我国法律图书馆移动信息服务研究起到一定的借鉴作用。【方法/过程】运用网络调查、文献收集和比较分析研究方法,选择5个国外法律图书馆和中国5大政法大学图书馆作为研究样本,分析移动互联网环境下国内外法律图书馆信息服务的特点及差异,提出我国法律图书馆移动信息服务模式构想。【结果/结论】在服务类型、服务内容等方面,我国法律图书馆移动信息模式要从单一模式逐渐向综合型、融合型服务发展,利用移动互联网的优势,动态分析用户需求,构建融合型移动信息模式,以满足法律用户日益多元的法律信息需求,助力我国整体法治建设的目的。

【Purpose/significance】Combined with the era background of the information user＇s mobile access to informationtrend, this article comparatively analyzes the current situation of mobile information service in the domestic and internation-al law libraries and builds the mobile information service mode of our country＇s law libraries, hoping to play a role as a ref-erence to mobile information service research of China law libraries.【Method/process】This article uses the network survey,the literature collection and the comparative analysis research methods, selects five foreign law libraries and five libraries offamous Chinese university of political science and law as research samples. By analyzing the characteristics and differencesof domestic and international law libraries information service under the mobile internet environment, the paper puts for-ward the conceive of mobile information service mode of Chinese law libraries.【Result/conclusion】In the aspect of servicetype and service content, the mobile information service mode of Chinese law libraries should change from single one tocomprehensive and integrated one. Using the advantages of mobile internet, Chinese law libraries should dynamically ana-lyze the user needs and build the integrated mobile information mode, in order to satisfy the increasingly diverse legal infor-mation demands of legal users and help China＇s overall rule of law construction.
