摘要
【目的/意义】技术路线图在国外被广泛应用于科技长期发展规划中,不断产生大量科技路线图报告。集成对比分析全球各领域的科技路线图,可以全面把握未来科技发展大势,为决策者制定符合国情的战略规划提供战略情报服务。【方法/过程】世界各国的科技路线图并没有统一的内容组织框架,本文调研总结21个国家或组织发布的166份科技路线图,并以能源领域为具体案例分析不同主体发布的科技路线图特征,构建了科技路线图内容描述框架和信息分类体系。【结果/结论】总结了科技路线图核心信息元素的常用指示词和文本表达特征,并基于这些特征信息提出了针对科技路线图的文本挖掘研究框架,为后续针对科技路线图的知识发现研究提供理论基础。
【Purpose/significance】Technology roadmapping is widely used in long-term science and technology develop-ment plan in abroad, producing a large number of science and technology roadmaps(STR) increasingly. Integrated and com-parative analysis of the STR of various fields in the worldwide scale can help to comprehensively grasp the developmenttrend in the future of science and technology and provide strategic intelligence service for decision makers to set suitablestrategic plan.【Method/process】As STR have no unified form of content organization, this study analyzed features of STRbased on the survey of 166 STRs released by USA, UK, EU, IEA and other 21 countries or organizations taking the energyfield as a case study, constructed the content description framework and information classification system of STR.【Result/conclusion】Summarized some indicating words, core information and text expression features of STR. Based on those fea-tures, this paper proposed a research framework on text-mining of STR and provide the theoretical basis for subsequentknowledge discovery research on STR.
