对自噬产生的生理病理机制及中医学阴阳理论进行相关理论分析,探讨细胞自噬的阴阳关系,认为细胞自噬的平衡与阴阳平衡相似。浅析左归丸与右归丸治疗骨质疏松症的中医相关理论,并将其可能的机制与骨髓间充质干细胞自噬相联系,为中医药防治骨质疏松症提供细胞层面的新研究方向。

This article analyzes the physical and pathological mechanisms of autophagy and Yin and Yang theory in Chinese medicine,explores the Yin and Yang relationship of cell antophagy. The authors hold that the balance of cell autophagy is similar to balance of Yin and Yang. This article briefly analyzes the related Chinese medicine theory about Zuogui Wan and Yougui Wan in treating osteoporosis,and correlates its potential mechanism with mesenchymal stem cells autophagy,in order to provide new insight for Chinese medicine treating osteoporosis from the level of cells.
