Continuous renal replacement therapy of acute renal failure in neonate

新生儿急性肾衰竭（acute renal failure，ARF）是多种因素导致的新生儿常见危重症，表现为肾功能急剧下降，短时间内血清肌酐进行性升高和尿量减少。新生儿ARF目前暂无有效的防治措施。近年来，血液净化技术发展迅速，连续性肾脏替代治疗（continuous renal replacement therapy，CRRT）应用范围已从儿童ARF发展到新生儿ARF。现就新生儿ARF的高危因素、诊断标准、CRRT治疗的相关问题等进行阐述。

Acute renal failure （ARF） is the common critical disease caused by various factors in neonates,its clinical manifestation is the sharp decline in renal function, in a short period of time, the serum creatinine is increased and urine volume decreases. However, recently, with the progress of blood purification technology, continuous renal re- placement therapy （CRRT） has been used from ARF in elderly children to the newborn. In this paper,the risk factors of neonatal ARF, diagnostic criteria, the relevant questions of CRRT treatment were reviewed.
