活性碳纤维负载单晶TiO_2纳米结构的制备及其光催化性能 被引量:5

摘要 以高纯钛片为钛源,采用水热合成的方法在活性碳纤维表面沉积TiO_2纳米晶,构造TiO_2/ACF复合纳米结构。采用X射线衍射仪对样品的晶体结构进行表征,采用扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜对复合样品的形貌和结构进行分析。以甲基橙为目标降解物,分析了样品的光催化性能,研究了水热温度对复合纳米结构的结构、形貌及光催化性能的影响。结果表明,采用水热法可在活性碳纤维表面生长TiO_2纳米晶,并且为锐钛矿和金红石的双相结构。优化后的TiO_2/ACF-100样品具有最高的光催化性能,在300 W汞灯照射下120 min可完全降解甲基橙溶液,同时也表现出优越的重复使用特性。 TiO2 nanocrystals were deposited on active carbon fibers by hydrothermal method with high-purity Ti sheets as source materials to fabricate TiO2/ACF composite nano-materials. The crystal structures of TiO2/ACF composites were characterized by X-ray diffractometer. The morphologies and structures of the composites were analyzed by scanning electron microscope and high resolution transmission electron microscope. The photocatalytic performances of TiO2/ACF composites were characterized using methyl orange as the target degradation agent. Effect of hydrothermal temperature on the structure, morphology and photocatalytic performance was deeply studied. TiO2 nanocrystals can grow on the surface of active carbon fibers with double phases of anatase and rutile. The optimized product TiO2/ACF-100 possess the highest photocatalytic activities, which can degrade methyl orange completely in 120 min under irradiation of 300 W mercury lamp and possesses excellent reusable photocatalytic performance.
