钇稳定氧化锆的反向共沉淀制备及固溶体晶型研究 被引量:3

摘要 以氯氧化锆为锆源,采用反向共沉淀法制备了钇稳定四方氧化锆(YSZ)。研究了多种沉淀剂、不同pH值和煅烧温度对钇稳定氧化锆晶型的影响,着重探讨了多种因素协同作用对产物晶型的影响。结果表明,pH≤7时,钇稳定氧化锆中有氧化钇晶型存在,pH=9时,易形成钇稳定氧化锆的固溶体。以碳酸氢铵、二乙胺为沉淀剂会阻碍钇稳定氧化锆的生成,氨水作为沉淀剂得到钇均匀分布的稳定氧化锆固溶体,其一次粒径约25 nm,团聚体粒径为200 nm。 Yttria stabilized zirconia was prepared by reverse coprecipitation using zirconium oxychloride as source of zirconium. Influnence of various precipitants, different pH values and calcination temperatures on the crystal type of yttria tabilized zirconia were systematically discussed. The influence of synergy by the above factors was emphatically discussed. It was showed that there was yttrium oxide in the presence of yttrium stabilized zirconia when pH ~ 7. A solid solution of yttrium stabilized zirconia existed when pH=9. It will hinder the formation of yttria stabilized zirconia with ammonium bicarbonate and diethylamine as precipitant. With ammonia as precipitant, it is easy to get yttrium stabilized zirconia with initial particle size of about 25 nm and aggregates about 200 nm.
