摘要 脱脂过程是注射成型工艺中关键步骤,生产过程中常常因为脱脂过程控制不当,引发坯体产生变形、微裂纹、致密度低等问题,并且常规热脱脂耗时较长,严重影响生产效率,增加生产成本。针对上述问题,通过采用溶剂脱脂和热脱脂相结合的两步脱脂工艺,研究了脱脂溶剂和脱脂温度对溶剂脱脂效率的影响,以及两步脱脂相结合对生产效率和坯体质量的影响,实验证明采用在60℃汽油脱脂1 h后进行热脱脂的两步脱脂工艺可以有效避免坯体变形、微裂纹、不致密等缺陷,并且可以将脱脂过程从原来的25 h缩短至8 h,较大的缩短脱脂周期。 Debinding process is the key step in an injection molding process. The debinding process is usually not well controlled during production process, which will result in deformation, micro-crack and low density of green body, and longer debinding time for conventional thermal debinding will reduce production efficiency and increase production cost. To solve above problems, two-step debinding process, that is the combination of solvent debinding and thermal debinding, was used to research the effect of debinding solvent and debinding temperature on solvent debinding efficiency and the effect of two-step debinding process on production efficiency and the green body quality. It has been proved that deformation, micro-crack and low density of green body can be effectively avoided by thermal debinding after gasoline debinding for 1 h at 60℃, and the debinding time will be shortened from 25 h to 8 h, which greatly shorten the debinding cycle.
