摘要
建立了利用液相色谱与电感耦合等离子体质谱联用技术测定Cr(Ⅵ)的方法。通过选择离子监测、四元泵泵速与峰值信息的比较等方法,对Cr(Ⅵ)的提取条件和仪器参数进行了优化,并对不同检测方法的结果进行了比较。以0.05 mol/L NH_4NO_3作为流动相,采用添加回收的方法,计算方法的回收率和精密度,回收率89.1%~90.7%,RSD为0.83%~2.2%,检出限5μg/kg。与传统方法相比,本方法检测结果不受样品褪色影响,适用于当前法规对皮革制品中Cr(Ⅵ)的限制要求。
After the current problems of many methods for detection of chromium (VI) in leather were fully analyzed, a method was developed for the determination of chromium (VI) by liquid chromatography coupled with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (LC-ICP-MS). The extraction conditions and instrument parameters of chromium (VI) were optimized by selecting the ion monitoring, quaternary pump speed compared with the peak information, and the results of different detection methods. The recovery rate and precision were calculated by using the method of adding recovery and 0. 05 mol/L NH4NO3 as the mobile phase. The recoveries were 89. 1% -90. 7% with the precision in the range of 0. 83% - 2. 2%. The detfction limit of the method was 0. 005 mg/kg. Compared with traditional methods, the testing results of this method is not affected by sample fade. The method possesses quick separation efficiency, good stability, high accuracy and simple operation, and is applicable to the current laws and regulations of chromium(VI) in leather products.
