摘要
目的:通过对养老院老年人进行运动干预训练,探讨运动方法对老年人身体功能的健康促进作用。方法:根据老年人的身体功能状态,制定运动干预措施,对65岁以上的老年人进行6个月运动干预的肌力训练,每次训练时间为30min,每周3次。运动组男性7例,女性9例,平均年龄为78.19±6.83岁。对照组男性9例,女性7例,平均年龄78.62±10.63岁。结果:肌力训练后运动组的Barthel指数得分90.75±4.61,握力21.37±4.36kg,全身肌肉量42.15±6.27kg;对照组的Barthel指数得分85.06±8.23,握力15.68±6.01kg,全身肌肉量37.58±6.27kg,两组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。10m直线走,30s反复坐起,部位肌肉量(左足、左腕、右足、右腕),平衡仪测试指标均未显示显著性差异。在运动组的自身比较中,运动前的Barthel指数得分87.06±5.25,握力18.61±4.29kg,30秒反复坐起7.44±3.85次,全身肌肉量40.36±6.15 kg,四肢肌肉量(kg)/身高(m2)7.58±1.48。运动后Barthel指数得分90.75±4.61,握力21.37±4.36kg,30s反复坐起9.94±2.98次,全身肌肉量42.15±6.27kg,四肢肌肉量/身高(m^2)8.08±1.55,均显示出显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:运动干预有助于改善老年人的功能状况,延缓老年人的肌力减退,提高自理能力。
Objective: To investigate the health promoting effect of exercise method on the physical function state of the elderly people through exercise intervention training for the elderly people in the nursing home.Method: formulate the exercise intervention measure according to the physical function state of the elderly people older than 65 years old. Subject the elderly people to 6 months of the muscle strength training, 30 min per times, and 3 times per week.Result: The training group comprises 7 males and 9 females, the average age is 78.19±6.83, whereas the control group comprises 9 males and 7 females, the average is 78.62±10.63.After muscle training, the Barhtel index of the training group is 90.75 ± 4.61,the grip strength value is 21.37 ± 4.36, the systemic muscle mass is42.15±6.27,whereas the Barhtel index of control group is 85.06±8.23,the grip strength value is 15.68±6.01,the systemic muscle mass is 37.58 ± 6.27.compararing between this two groups showed significant difference(P〈0.05). The 10 meter straight line, The 30 s sit up test repeatedly, Partial muscle mass(The left foot、the left wrist, the right foot, the right wrist).The balance meter test indicators showed no statistically different. Aboutself comparison of the training group: Before training the Barhtel index is 87.06±5.25, the grip strength value is 18.61±4.29, 30 s sit up test repeatedly is 7.44±3.85, the systemic muscle mass is 40.36±6.15, limb muscle weight / height(m2) is 7.58 ± 1.48.And after training the Barhtel index is 90.75 ± 4.61, the grip strength value is 21.37 ± 4.36, the 30 s sit up test repeatedly is9.94 ± 2.98, systemic muscle mass is 42.15 ± 6.27, limb muscle weight / height(m^2) is 8.08±1.55.the result showed significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion: exercise intervention can improve the physical function state of the elderly people, delay the decreasing of muscle strength, and improve the self-care ability of the elderly people.
