摘要
在微波测试领域,关于电源纹波基本是原理性研究,而针对性研究电源纹波对频率源相位噪声影响的分析或者实验实例更少,对微波电路的电磁兼容设计方面缺乏参考。文中在电源纹波对频谱纯度的影响概念性分析基础上,主要针对现代雷达系统中电源纹波对频率源频谱纯度的影响展开研究,通过分析电源纹波对频谱纯度影响的机理,采用模拟数据仿真的方法探索电源纹波对不同类型频率源频谱纯度的影响,并进行实际测试数据对比仿真结论,得出频率源频谱纯度受电源纹波影响的主要因素以及相互关系,为电路设计者提供数据支持。
In the field of microwave test, researchers mainly focused on the theory of power supply ripple, but didin't specifically target to the impact of power supply ripple to the phase noise of frequency source, and with even less case studies. As a result, current advances can not provide any clues to help designing electromagnetic compatibility for microwave circuit. It's expressed in this paper about the study targeted the effect of power supply ripple on spectrum purity of frequency synthesizer in modem ra- dars, on the basic of the conceptual analysis about the effect of power supply ripple on spectrum purity. The principle about the effect of power supply ripple on spectrum purity were analyzed. Then the effect on different types of frequency synthesizers through simulating data simulation were explored. And the main factor and correlation of the effect of power supply ripple on spectrum purity of frequency synthesizers after comparing the results of actual testing and simulating were got, the date was offered to help the circuit designers.
