摘要
基于土地立体化利用趋势及管理技术需求等辨析土地评价向三维思维转变的必要性,解析土地立体化利用评价的三维思维,研究提出秉承三维思维的土地立体化利用评价对象、单元及指标,采用文献调研法、综合分析法,得到如下研究结果:(1)基于三维思维探索土地立体化利用评价技术方法符合土地利用管理实际需求;(2)土地立体化利用评价的对象为具有综合效益、多元结构、内部异质性的空间范围,评价单元为空间体;(3)基于土地立体化利用的主要效应,面向建筑立体利用、立体交通建设以及立体绿化三种主要的利用行为,从利用形态及效益两方面,提出9个蕴含三维思维的土地立体化利用评价指标;(4)该指标具备可拓展性,是体现了立体空间形态与综合质量内涵的数量化指标。总体而言,秉承三维思维的土地立体化利用评价技术的探索,是从二维平面到三维空间的一次技术转变与尝试,不仅将对土地立体化利用管理提供技术支撑,也是土地科学理论方法在三维思维下的一次创新,从而支撑立体化发展模式下土地的科学合理利用。
Based on the tendency of stereoscopic land-use and increasing technological demand of land-use management, we analyzed the necessity of land evaluation converting from two- dimensional perspective to three-dimensional perspective, dissected the attributes of threedimensional thinking for stereoscopic land-use evaluation, and put forward the evaluation objects, units and indices for stereoscopic land-use in three-dimensional thinking. Document retrieval, comprehensive analysis and application demonstration were adopted to carry out in our research. We found that exploring evaluation techniques and methods for stereoscopic land-use in three- dimensional thinking conforms to the demand of both land management and land-use practice. The evaluation objects are spatial scope with synthetic efficiency, multiple structures and inner heterogeneity. Meanwhile, the evaluation units are three-dimensional spatial units. Taking the major contributions of stereoscopic land-use into full consideration, and oriented by the three kinds of typical stereoscopic land-use forms comprising stereo-building, stereo-traffic construction and vertical greening, nine evaluation indices for stereoscopic land-use implying three-dimension thinking were proposed to characterize morphological structure and efficiency. These indices are numerical and extensible, quantitatively reflecting the connotation of spatial pattern and comprehensive quality for stereoscopic land-use. In summary, the exploration of the evaluation technique for stereoscopic land-use under three-dimensional thinking is a technological transition from two-dimensions to three-dimensions, which provides technological support for stereoscopic land-use management and supports theoretical innovation for land science on the basis of three- dimensional thinking. This research supports scientific and rational land use under a stereoscopic development mode.
