摘要
以某市地铁7号线新螃区间为依托,系统介绍了下穿既有车站的CRD法隧道施工相关技术,内容包括下穿既有车站施工方案、施工工序和技术措施等。并通过分析施工过程中2号线的轨面沉降、地表沉降和洞内收敛研究采用暗挖对既有隧道的影响程度。现场监控量测和施工实践表明,该CRD法隧道的施工方案获得成功,有效地控制了工程安全风险。
Based on Subway Xinpang section,this paper introduced the crossing below of the existing station tunnel construction technology with CRD method,including crossing below an existing station construction scheme,construction procedure and technical measures. And through the analysis of rail surface subsidence,subsidence of ground surface and tunnel convergence analysis of the construction process of No. 2 line,the tunneling impact on the existing tunnel was researched. The field monitoring and construction practice show that the construction scheme of CRD method is successful,and it can effectively control the engineering safety risk.
