无人机飞行四旋翼供电系统优化设计仿真 被引量:2

摘要 对无人机飞行四旋翼供电系统优化设计,可以提高续航时间,缩短充电时间。常用的十二脉波整流电路输入电流中含有大量谐波,在大电流场合会对蓄电池造成严重的危害,而传统方法是通过对水平飞行四旋翼中的蓄电池进行设计完成供电优化,但是忽略了谐波对蓄电池的危害,降低了无人机飞行四旋翼供电系统优化设计的效果。提出了一种带boost转化电路的12脉波整流的无人机飞行四旋翼供电系统优化设计方法,通过控制整流桥输出侧直流电感上的电流波形来抑制交流侧谐波,使电网输入电流接近正弦波,进而保证充电电流的稳定;通过控制boost电路占空比来调节输出电压,以最快的速度充电而不损害蓄电池。对传统的十二脉波整流电路进行改造,完成无人机飞行四旋翼供电系统优化设计。通过仿真分析,验证了谐波抑制效果良好,功率因数近似于1,且具有快速的蓄电池充电能力。 It can improve the duration of flight and shorten the charging time to optimize the design for the power supplying system of quad-rotor UAV. There is large amount of harmonic waves in the incoming current of common twelve pulses rectifier circuit. It can cause serious harm to the accumulator under large current situation. Traditional method completes the power supply optimization mainly through designing the accumulator in quad-rotor of horizontal flight. It ignores the harm of harmonic wave to the accumulator. Therefore, it reduces the optimization design effect. In this paper, an optimization design method for power supplying system of quad-rotor UAV is proposed based on the twelve pulses rectifier containing the boost conversation circuit. Firstly, the harmonic wave on the AC side is suppressed through controlling the current waveform upon the DC inductance on outgoing side of the rectifier bridge. The incoming current of power grid approach is made to the sine wave, and the stabilization of charging current is ensured. Then, the output voltage is adjusted through controlling the duty ratio of boost circuit to charge with the fastest speed but not damage the accumulator. Finally, the traditional twelve pulses rectifier circuit is modified and the optimization design for power supplying system of quad-rotor UAV is completed. The simulation results show that the method has better suppression effect of harmonic wave than the traditional one, and its power factor approximates to one. It also has rapid charging ability of accumulator.
