摘要
锅炉主蒸汽温度被控对象具有大惯性、大时滞及非线性等特点,因此很难用传统的PID控制将温度控制在允许的偏差范围内。而主蒸汽温度的稳定性对电厂的安全经济运行至关重要。针对传统PID存在稳定性差、响应时间慢等缺点,提出了一种新的变论域模糊PID控制方法。结合传统的PID控制和模糊控制算法的各自优点的基础上引入变论域思想,设计一种变论域模糊PID控制器,利用变论域思想提高模糊推理的精度,并用模糊推理的方法实现PID参数的在线整定。仿真结果表明,变论域模糊PID控制系统有更快的响应速度、更小的超调量和更好的稳定性。
Due to the large inertia, time-lag and nonlinear property, the main steam temperature control system is difficult to be controlled within the allowed deviation by using traditional PID control method. It results in poor stability and slow response. This paper proposes a new variable universe fuzzy PID control method, which is designed based on the idea of variable universe and the respective merits of the traditional PID and fuzzy control. The idea of variable universe improves fuzzy reasoning accuracy and fuzzy reasoning method tunes the PID online parameters to improve the control performance of PID controller. And the results show that the variable universe fuzzy PID control system has shorter response time, smaller overshoot and better stability than the traditional PID control system.
