阴道炎患者常见菌培养及药敏结果研究

Study on Common Culture and Drug Susceptibility of Vaginitis Patients

目的对细菌性阴道炎患者的常见致病菌进行培养,探究其分布及耐药状况,为临床治疗提供依据。方法本次研究选取的一般资料为2013年1月—2016年1月我院收治的细菌性阴道炎患者900例,对其资料进行回顾性分析,对全部患者的阴道分泌物标本进行细菌培养,对阴道炎患者的常见致病菌的分布进行观察,同时采用药敏试验,对常见致病菌的耐药状况进行观察。结果经过细菌培养,结果显示阴道炎患者常见致病菌依次为金黄色葡萄球菌,凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌,大肠埃希菌及肺炎克雷伯菌等。药敏试验结果显示,革兰阳性菌对红霉素及青霉素的耐药率较高,但对万古霉素及头孢唑啉不耐受;革兰阴性菌对庆大霉素及复方磺胺甲噁唑的耐药率较高,但对亚胺培南及青霉素不耐受。结论阴道炎患者常见致病菌为革兰阳性菌。临床上对阴道炎患者采用抗生素进行治疗时,需根据致病菌的耐药状况对抗生素的种类进行合理选择,从而使患者的阴道炎发病率降低。

Objective To study the distribution and drug resistance of common pathogens in patients with vaginitis, and to provide the basis for clinical treatment. Methods 900 patients with bacterial vaginosis in this study were selected from January 2013 to January 2016 in our hospital and the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. All the patients of the vaginal discharge specimens for bacterial culture of vaginitis patients of common pathogenic bacteria distribution were observed, and the drug sensitivity test of resistance the status of common pathogenic bacteria were observed. Results After the bacterial culture, the common pathogens in the patients with vaginitis were Staphylococcus aureus, coagulase-negative staphylococcus, Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae. The susceptibility test showed that Gram-positive cocci were resistant to erythromycin and penicillin, but not to vancomycin and cefazolin. Gram-negative cocci to gentamicin and compound new The drug resistance rate was higher, but imipenem and penicillin were not tolerated. Conclusion Patients with vaginitis pathogenic bacteria were gram-positive cocci. Clinical antibiotic treatment of patients with vaginitis, should be selected reasonably according to the type of drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria to antibiotics, so as to reduce the rate of vaginitis patients.
