英美德澳教育科研评价的发展及启示 被引量:3

The Development and Enlightenment of Education Scientific Research Evaluation in England,America,Germany and Australia

摘要 在教育科研评价体系中,美英澳是典型的第三方评议国家,其评价结果与科研经费直接相关;而德国则属于国家评级,与科研经费没有直接联系。本文通过对比研究这四国评价模式的优劣得出对我国建立科研评价体系的一些启示:加强政府宏观管理,改进评价内容指标方法,兼容并包,兼顾公平公正,建立符合高职特点的科研评价体系。 In the education scientific research evaluation system, America, England and Australia are typical third party deliberation countries, for the evaluation result is directly related to funding; While Germany belongs to the national rating, having no direct connections with the funding.Through comparing the advantages and disadvantages of these four evaluation models, this article draws some inspirations to establish scientific evaluation system in our country: strengthening government macro management; improving the index and method of evaluation content; enhance compatibility; both fair and just, and being accord with the characteristics of the establishment of higher vocational scientific research evaluation system.
