摘要
微信交互性信息共享空间的出现使参考咨询成为高校图书馆未来服务的核心。基于微信平台的数字图书馆所具有的服务创新、资源共享、个性化服务等优势,在高校数字化图书馆参考咨询服务中同样具有可行性。微信在高校图书馆参考咨询服务中,可通过消息推送、信息搜索、信息收藏等应用模式提升图书馆的服务水平。
The interactive information-sharing space on WeChat platform has prompted college libraries to put reference service on the core position in their future development plan. Digital libraries on WeChat platform are advantageous in terms of service innovation, resource sharing and personalized service. By adopting such WeChat applications as news push, information search and information collection, digital libraries at colleges and universities may well use the experiences of WeChat reference service to improve their own work effect.
