基于交通惯性出行理念的城市道路精细化优化设计研究

在对道路总体交通功能分析的基础上,进一步提出以交通惯性出行的设计理念,在对沿线区域充分调研的基础上,以交通惯性出行特征为指导,制定科学合理的道路交通组织设计,从而在详细设计阶段对工程方案进行精细化设计优化,使得城市道路交通设施功能发挥到最佳,同时结合相关工程进行案例分析,对其他相似工程(尤其是中心城区)的精细化设计有重要的借鉴意义。
