摘要
我国正处于汽车化发展时代,城市停车难问题日益严重,特别是在各城市的中心城区土地资源紧缺下停车难问题更加突出,本文从城市停车现状问题探寻其问题症结,梳理了国内外停车发展趋势,并探讨在集约化用地模式下的立体停车场规划设计要点。
Our country is in the age of motorization development, urban parking problem is increasingly serious, especially in the city center because of the shortage of land resources become more prominent. This article from the status quo problems for its urban parking problems, combing the parking development trend at home and abroad.
