摘要
近年来绿道作为城市休闲健身的重要场所不断建设,但伴随着大量兴建与投入使用,绿道安全问题已不容忽视。根据绿道安全的现状,分析了绿道系统中影响安全的多种因素,各种因素相互关联,共同影响绿道系统安全,构成一个绿道安全系统。通过分析研究绿道安全问题成因,并结合已有的数据和模型提出了适合目前国内绿道系统的评价模型。该评价模型以模糊数学评价法和层次分析法为基础,通过模糊评价模式计算评价指标的隶属函数,用层次分析法计算各指标间的权重系数,从而得到绿道系统安全的综合评价值。对绿道系统安全定量分析,便于绿道系统安全评估。
In recent years the greenway construction as an important urban leisure fitness places, but with a large number of built and put into use, cause the greenway security issues. In this paper, according to the present situation of green road safety greenway system are analyzed in a variety of factors affecting safety, various factors relate to each other, mutual influence the greenway system security, make a green road safety system. Through analysis and research the green cause safety problem, and combining the existing data and the model is proposed for the current domestic greenway system evaluation model. The evaluation model based on fuzzy mathematical evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process, the evaluation index of membership function by fuzzy evaluation model calculation, using analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each index between coefficient, thus obtains the greenway system safety comprehensive evaluation value. Quantitative analysis for the greenway system security, facilitate the greenway system safety assessment.
