摘要
学校周边常是交通拥挤的黑点。作为弱势群体,中小学生本应是城市交通的关注重点,但目前有关研究仍然缺乏,相关标准尚未引起重视,带来安全隐患。中小学生上学交通问题亟待解决。基于2014年深圳市中小学交通调查数据,重点研究初中、小学生的出行强度、方式选择、接送情况、出行距离等上学交通特征;从儿童权利的视角,以安全、有趣、绿色、协调为原则,从道路规划、机动车停车、自行车停放等方面提出中小学生友好的交通规划对策,倡导学生、家长、教师在规划中的共同参与,最后提出上学交通规划编制与实施的相关建议。
The peripheral areas of schools are suffering from urban traffic congestion. The primary and secondary schools students, as the vulnerable group, should have been a major consideration of urban traffic. However, the related research is relatively deficient and the relating standard has not been paid enough attention to, which bring to potential safety hazards. Taking the above into considerations, school-commuting traffic of primary and secondary students is a problem needed to be urgently solved. On the basis of the collected data, the travel characteristics of students in primary and secondary schools are researched mainly on trip distance, traffic modes and pickup situation. In the perspective of children's right and under the principle of security, joy, green and coordination, the students-friendly traffic planning strategies are put forward in terms of road planning, vehicles and bicycle parking and at the same time the co-participation of students, parents and teachers is also advocated. In the end, the suggestions are given to school-commuting traffic plans and its implementation.
