网络约租车对城市交通的影响——以广州市为例

摘要 随着移动出行市场的蓬勃发展,网络约租车服务发展迅速。网络约租车的出现与普及对城市居民的出行方式产生了一定的影响,也不可避免地对城市交通的运行和管理产生了冲击。首先,通过滴滴打车客户端API接口获取相关的网络约租车数据,对其运营数量、牌照类型、载客车次、运营里程和运营时间分布进行定量分析。其次,通过前后比较发现网络约租车对城市道路运行状况、客运方式结构和交通管理政策均产生了较大的影响。最后,在实例验证的基础上,提出了网络约租车对城市交通的影响在于降低了个体机动化出行的成本,变相地增加了个体机动化的出行量,从而对城市交通的运行造成了较大的外部性影响。 The taxi industry witnesses the booming of reserve rent-a-car service ever since the robust growth of mobile travel market. The reserve rent-a-car varies the travel mode of urban citizens and further impacts the operation and management of urban traffic inevitably. The paper took Guangzhou as an example, collected the order data of Didi taxi app from the API interface and analyzed the distribution of the car number, license type, average daily trips, operation length and operation time. By the comparison of the operation status of urban road, the structure of motorized transportation mode and urban traffic strategy, it draws the conclusion that the reserve rent-a-cars reduce the cost of individual motorized travel which is inefficient, and deteriorate the urban transportation inevitably.
