近中心城地区高速公路功能提升规划研究——以沪嘉高速S5局部抬升为例

Study on Function Promotion of Expressway Near Inner City——Take Hujia Expressway Lifting as Example

随着近中心城地区用地功能的转变,过境高速公路对区域服务功能不足,且割裂地区路网,阻碍了区域跨高速公路的协同发展,有必要开展相关规划研究以提升高速公路及沿线路网功能。本文以沪嘉高速S5局部抬升为例,介绍了高速公路抬升的功能定位、规划方案,并对调整前后区域路网的服务水平进行评估。本次研究成果已纳入相关法定规划,其规划思路可供类似区域借鉴。

With the urban land use function change near shanghai inner city, expressway＇s function had also changed and brought lots of problems, such as functional shortage of supporting regional transportation and becoming obstacle of road network. It is necessary to promote expressway function uplifting and road network planning. Taking Hujia expressway lifting as example, the paper introduced the function of expressway lifting, road network planning and made the comparison between the evaluation results. The results had been brought into legal planning and can be used for reference.
