立井穿过油页岩层快速施工技术

摘要 依兰第三煤矿主立井深度708m,采用立井综合机械化配套作业线施工,钻爆法掘进。油页岩层处于490~614.8m深位置,厚度124.8m,可能赋存有毒、有害气体。采用先探后掘、短段掘砌的方式,安全快速地通过了该岩层,最高月成井101m,整个井筒施工工期比合同工期提前了32d。 A mine main shaft of Yilan No. 3 Mine was 708 m in depth. A fully mechanized matched op- eration line was applied to the construction of the mine shaft and a drilling and blasting method was applied to the mine shaft sinking. A oil shale stratum was at a depth location of 490-614.8 m and the thickness of the stratum was 124.8 m. And there were toxic and harmful gas existed in the stratum possibly. The construction method with an exploration first and sinking second and a short sectional sinking and lining was applied. The mine shafts were safely and rapidly passed through the rock stra- ta. The max month shaft completed was 101 m and the total construction period of the mine shafts was 32 days earlier than the contract period.
