注浆技术在斜井过陷落柱冒落区施工中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 和善煤矿主斜井掘进到815m处时,开始出现陷落柱;掘进到875m处时,围岩特别破碎,遇水膨胀,造成右帮淋水处出现右肩窝冒落现象,冒落区高度5~6m左右,宽度5m左右,长度4m左右,给井筒施工带来很大困难。根据具体情况,决定砌筑止浆墙,预埋注浆管,对冒落区进行注浆充填加固,并对工作面前方30m内地层进行注浆加固。方案实施后,安全顺利地通过了陷落柱淋水冒落区。 When the mine main inclined shaft of Heshan Mine was headed at a location of 815 m,the sinkhole was appeared. When the heading operation of the mine inclined shaft was at the location of 875 m, the sur- rounding rock was specially broken and would be swelled with water. Thus a falling phenomenon was occurred at the right top corner of the gateway due to the raining at the right sidewall. The height of the falling zone was about 5-6 m,the width of the zone was about 5 m and the length of the zone was about 4 m. All those brought big problem to the mine shaft construction. According to the certain circumstances, decisions were made to build the grouting cushion walls and to pre-bury the grouting pipe, the grouting and backfill reinforce ment was conducted on the falling zone and the grouting reinforcement was conducted on the strata within the 30 m in front of the coal mining face. After the plan completed, the raining and falling zone of the sinkhole was safely and successfully passed.
