摘要
小麦按子粒外观颜色的不同,大多可划分为白粒小麦和红粒小麦。小麦种皮颜色对小麦穗发芽抗性和加工品质都有影响。在受穗发芽危害比较严重的长江流域和东北春麦区,红粒小麦品种所占比例较高。综述了小麦红粒性状的遗传基础、形成机制以及其与穗发芽抗性的关系。
Wheat can be classified into white-grained wheat and red-grained wheat depending on its grain color. The grain color of wheat is related to the tolerance to pre-harvest sprouting and processing quality. In the Yangtze river region and the northwest spring wheat region, where pre-harvest sprouting is threaten of wheat, the proportion of red-grained wheat is much higher than that in other regions. This paper reviewed the genetic background of the wheat grain color, formation mechanism and its relationship the pre-harvest sprouting.
