摘要
采用菌丝生长速率法测定了苯醚甲环唑对分离自金水梨园的43个梨黑斑病菌[Alternaria alternata(Fries)Keissler]菌株的EC_(50)。结果表明,苯醚甲环唑对梨黑斑病菌菌株的EC_(50)分布在0.071 9~1.488 6μg/m L范围内,平均值为0.507 2±0.333 3μg/m L。W检验梨黑斑病菌对苯醚甲环唑敏感性的频次分布呈正偏态分布。菌株主体表现为敏感,但存在敏感性降低的菌株。
The EC_(50) of Alternaria alternata to difenoconazole were determined in 43 strains isolated from pear orchard in Jinshui,by the mycelium growth rate method. The results indicated that the EC_(50) distributed over 0.071 9 ~1.488 6 μg/m L. The means of EC_(50) was 0.507 2±0.333 3 μg/m L. W test showed that the results of frequency-analysis was positive skew distribution. Most isolates were sensitivity to difenoconazole,but low sensitivity isolates had been discovered.
