摘要 建立了蔬菜中20种农药残留同时检测的GC-MS/MS分析方法,选择了青花菜、长豇豆、白萝卜、胡萝卜、番茄、洋葱、芹菜、大白菜、生菜、黑木耳、双孢蘑菇、平菇12种蔬菜,比较了GC-MS/MS分析法分析其中的农药多残留的基质效应。结果表明,20种农药在青花菜和豇豆中表现出很强的基质增加效应;农药种类不同,表现出的基质效应也不相同,极性较强的农药普遍表现出基质增强效应,而弱极性农药会受蔬菜种类的影响,从而表现为基质增强或减弱效应。 In paper paper, a gas chromatography- tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS) method was developed for the determination of multi-pesticide residues in vegetables. Twelve kinds of vegetables,including broccoli, cowpeas, daikon, carrot,tomato, onion, celery, Chinese cabbage, lettuce, black fungus, agaricus bisporus and oyster mushroom, were selected in this study. The matrix effects of twenty pesticides in these vegetables were evaluated by using GC-MS/MS. The results indicate that the matrix effects in broccoli and cowpeas show matrix enhancement and are stronger than those in other vegetables.The strongly and fairly polar pesticides show the matrix enhancement, meanwhile the weak polar pesticides show matrix enhancement or suppression with different kinds of vegetables.
