摘要
农村癌症老人的家庭护理是指家属在家里和医院全程为老人提供精神抚慰与日常生活的照料,包括住院治疗、在家养病及临终3个阶段。由于传统观念、医疗知识、现实生活、屈从心态等影响因素,使得癌症老人仅从心理、吃喝拉撒等方面获得简单护理,导致其生活质量不高,生存时间不长。解决的办法有3个:一是主治医生延伸家庭护理指导;二是家人积极主动咨询医生和学习护理常识;三是村卫生室拓展家庭护理服务项目。
The family care of rural elderly cancer refers to families throughout the home and hospital for the elderly providing mental help comfort and daily life care, including hospitalization, recuperation and dying in three stages. There are some influences, the traditional ideas, the medical knowledge, real life and mentality. Which make the elderly cancers get simple care from the aspects such as psychological, eat and drink pull scatter, so their quality of life is low, and the survival time is not long. The solution has three ways： firstly, the doctor extend family nursing instruction; secondly, the family ought to consult the doctor and learning nursing knowledge actively; thirdly, the village clinics to expand home care services.
