摘要
目的研究黄芩(Scutellariae Radix)水煎液的非黄酮类成分。方法采用D101大孔吸附树脂柱色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱、硅胶柱色谱、开放ODS柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、高效液相色谱(HPLC)及制备型高效液相色谱(P-HPLC)等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质、波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果从黄芩水煎液中分离鉴定了9个非黄酮类成分,其中5个酰胺类化合物:墙草碱(1)、(E)-4-[(2-methylpropyl)amino]-4-oxo-2-butenoic acid(2)、二氢荜茇明宁碱(3)、风藤酰胺(4)、荜茇明宁碱(5);1个环氧环己烯类化合物:巴豆环氧素(6);2个酚酸类化合物:4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯甲醛(7)、香草醛(8);1个苯丙素类化合物:阿魏酸甲酯(9)。结论化合物1~6为首次从黄芩属植物中分离得到。
This study is focused on the non-flavonoid constituents from the water extract of Scutellariabaicalensis Georgi roots.A total of 9 compounds were isolated by various column chromatographic techniques.On the basis of the physicochemical properties and the spectral data analysis,five amides:pellitorine(1),(E)-4-[(2-methylpropyl) amino]-4-oxo-2-butenoic acid(2),dihydropiperlonguminine(3),futoamide(4),piperlonguminine(5); one cyclohexene epoxide:(+)-crotepoxide(6); two phenolic acids:syringlaldehyde(7),vanillin(8) and one phenyl propanoidmethyl ferulate(9) were identified.Among them,compounds 1-6 were isolated from the Scutellaria genus for the first time.
