复合顶板巷道过断层冒顶原因及处理措施分析

Analysis on the causes and treatment measures of roof fall in compound roof roadway

哈拉沟煤矿22529回风顺槽21联巷区域为复合顶板巷道。该巷道在地下水的泥化作用下,顶板强度较低。当工作面推进至该区域时,超前支架挤压导致顶部更碎、部分支护失效,在超前压力的作用下,发生了漏垮型冒顶事故。针对冒顶事故采用注射马丽散加固,施工锚索、钢带补强支护,注射罗克休充填等方法进行处理,同时从巷道支护、日常检查和现场管理方面,提出了巷道冒顶的防治措施。

It is compound roof in the region near No. 21 connection roadway of No. 22529 air return roadway in Halagou coal mine. In the region,the roof strength is low for the argillization of groundwater. When the working face advanced to the region,the roof was more broken and part of supporting was failure under the effect of advanced support,and roof fall accident was happened under the action of advanced pressure. According to the roof fall accident,the treatment methods of injecting marathon,cable supplement support and filling Luokexiu foam were carried out and the prevention measures of roof fall were put forward from the aspects of roadway support design,daily check and site management.
