摘要
介绍一种大断面矿用防水闸门,重点介绍了防水、逃生功能的结构,研制的能承受42 780k N来水压力的辅助运输巷防水闸门,实现了胶带运输巷不断带快速关闭闸门的设计思路,也给出了两种防水闸门设计制造的技术要点。
Based on the requirement of waterproof and escape of mine waterproof gate,the waterproof gate used in auxiliary transport roadway which can bear 42780 k N water pressure and the waterproof gate used in main transport roadway which can close quickly without cutting off belt conveyor was developed. In the last,the technical points of design and manufacture of two waterproof gates were given.
